- baljinder Punj Added June 24, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a very bad experience, first their phone get connected easily. I got the tickets for my parents, they said I can extend by calling airline but when the time comes airline cant change it :( so have to pay extra to agent to get changed. they cant extend it more than one month(not told when i was booking the ticket) was talking with one of the staff , he took another call and put me on hold as if my call was not important at all, after 10 mintues I hung up and after so many tries i got through but that staff was on the phone so called him three times and then the last answer was day is over call tomorrow... I was going to book 9 more tickets of my family with but i better go with best and less travels in sydney............... i m just boiling with anger at the moment..I will call again tomorrow as no one else can amend the ticket dates :(
