  I recently had my first baby here and I couldn't thank you enough for all the wonderful service provided by the staff at the birth unit, breast feeding care and maternity unit. They were all very kind, caring, supportive and encouraging from day 1. Special mention to Stephanie & Mei Lan from the birth unit. Liz and Chris from breast feeding centre and Lingdi from maternity unit. I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness and support throughout my pregnancy journey.
  
  As a new mum, I had very little knowledge when it comes to labour, breast feeding and caring for my baby. During my stay I learned so much valuable lesson that I will be able to take on board. Post labour, my baby was initially having feeding issues and by day 2 he was striving with his feeding, thanks to all the advice offered by staff. My baby also diagnosed with jaundice during after he was born, the staff was very quick on following it up with the doctor and the pathology. Excellent communication skills among different departments.
  
  I find their tutorial centre and feeding room particularly helpful and very comprehensive. I highly recommend that you join them if you are admitted here.
  
  The hospital is very hygienic and the meal was delicious. I had a privilege to stay at the parenting suite and my husband and I enjoyed all the service offered here. It was like staying on a 5 star hotel.
  
  I will definitely come back to Westmead Private hospital for my second baby.
